Brent Dodge

Coach Dodge began playing lacrosse locally at Whitesboro High School, continuing his playing career at nationally-ranked Hartwick College, winning the ECAC Championship in his senior year. Coach Dodge returned home where he continued playing in the USCLA post-collegiate league, as well as began his coaching career at Whitesboro. Coach would later move on to New Hartford coaching at both the modified and Junior Varsity levels, as well as coaching at numerous lacrosse camps along the way including the University of Notre Dame where he was a Divisional Coordinator. Coach Dodge would then take the helm of SUNY POLY’s re-boot season where he would remain for 5 years.

Since leaving SUNY, he has been actively coaching in both Tri-City Lacrosse and New Hartford’s youth program. Coach Dodge remains active playing lacrosse in a local adult league and at the Lake Placid Summit Tournament where he plays on a Tri-City Team, as well as a team based out of Rochester. Coach Dodge is a local educator serving as an elementary school principal, as well as a youth football coach. He sits on the board of both Tri-City Lacrosse and New Hartford Pop Warner. Coach Dodge’s coaching career spans over 30 years, in every capacity and at all levels from Kindercrosse to Collegiate. Coach loves nothing more than sharing his passion and love of the game with future players.

Tyler Hutchinson

Originally from and currently residing in New Hartford, NY, Tyler Hutchinson has been added to the Tri-City Raptors coaching staff.

Coach Hutch attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), where he saw playing minutes in every game of his collegiate career, as a close defenseman for the Engineers.

Earning accolades as three-time 1st-Team All-Liberty League selection, culminating a unanimous decision his senior year. Additionally, he received recognition as Honorable Mention All-America as a junior and later as a Second Team All-America his senior year.

Transitioning into coaching, Coach Hutch is currently the Assistant Coach for Whitesboro Boys Varsity Lacrosse. Before Whitesboro, he spent time coaching at Division II Seton Hill, and served as Associate Defensive Coordinator at Division III RPI.

Andy Farrell

Originally from and currently residing in Whitesboro, NY, Coach Farrell is assisting the Tri-City Raptors coaching staff as an assistant and face-off coach.

Coach Farrell attended SUNY Poly (then the SUNY Institute of Technology) and MVCC, where he started club teams for both colleges.

As a coach, Coach Farrell is currently the face-off coach for Hamilton College. Before Hamilton, he spent time as an assistant coach at Utica College, served as Whitesboro JV Head coach, and 30 years of coaching every age group for Tri-City Lacrosse.
