Kindercrosse – updated 6/2023
Kindercrosse is a true developmental program. We teach little laxers (boys and girls ages 4-8) how to hold a stick, the basics of picking up a ground ball, passing, catching, and shooting. We have a very energetic group of coaches who try to make it fun learning a great sport. There are no games and no contact drills of any kind in this program.

We offer development programs outdoors in the summer months and indoors at the Rising Stars Sports Complex in the winter and spring months.

Always remember “thumbs up”! That’s how we hold the stick, that’s how we play the game!

Please use the “Contact Us” menu above to request further info on the upcoming sessions.

Parents Program
We encourage all parents to read our Parents Guide to lacrosse. It contains tips about safety, equipment, rules, sportsmanship, and a plethora of links you can use to help your son or daughter enjoy the game of lacrosse. We encourage you to get involved with your child and if you have some extra time, please contact us about donating your time as a coach or volunteer. There are many ways to help which require only a couple hours of week.

We’ve also purchased a number of DVD and instructional videos from US Lacrosse for everyone to learn about the sport of lacrosse. Please use the “Contact Us” menu above to request these materials or volunteering your time. You’ll learn why your son or daughter is having so much fun playing the “Fastest Game on Two Feet”.
